Fit and feel are personal. If a piece does not match your vision, our return steps are clear and calm so you can move on to the next look with confidence.

What you need to know

  • Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and, where possible, original packaging.
  • Photos are required for quality review: the issue, size tag, and full front/back of the item.
  • We cover return shipping for our error (defective, damaged, wrong item/size, or significantly different from description). Change-of-mind returns are customer-paid.
  • Exchanges are offered when the requested size or color is in stock.
  • No restocking fee. Original $6.99 shipping is refunded only when we are at fault.
  • Refunds are processed 5-7 business days after the item is received and inspected, and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Approval updates arrive by email within 1-2 business days.

Photo and proof guidelines

  • Clear, well-lit photo of the issue or defect (if applicable)
  • Photo of the size tag
  • Full front and full back photos of the item
  • Order number visible in your email request

How to request a return

  1. Email [email protected] from your order email address.
  2. Include your order number, item name, reason for return, and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange). Attach the required photos.
  3. Our team will review and reply within 1-2 business days with approval status.
  4. If approved, you will receive the return address and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.
  5. Ship the item promptly after approval and within the 30-day window.
  6. We will confirm receipt and complete inspection before issuing a refund or exchange.

Items we cannot accept

  • Items missing original tags
  • Items with minor cosmetic variations such as slight color tone differences due to lighting or screens

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange, note the desired size or color in your email. When in stock, we will reserve it upon approval and ship after we receive and inspect your return. If the requested variant is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
