You may request a cancellation of your order within 12 hours of placement. Once this window closes, our team begins the order preparation process to ensure timely dispatch, making it difficult to intercept or halt the shipment.

2. Modifying Your Order

If you wish to update your order details—such as shipping address, product specifications, or quantities—please reach out to us within the 12-hour grace period.

  • Requests received after 12 hours may not be accommodated if the order has already entered the logistics phase.
  • We strongly advise reviewing your order details carefully before final checkout to ensure accuracy.

Important Notice

If your order status is updated to "Shipped", it is no longer eligible for cancellation or modification. In this case, please contact our team to discuss potential return options once the package has arrived.
